Journey To Freedom is a Christ centered program that falls under the umbrella of Restore Ministries. Other Restore Ministries' programs include Power To Choose (15 week Christ-centered 12 Step program), Living Out the 12 Steps With Christ (24 weeks) and Career Counseling/Job Search Assistance which I conduct on an individual basis. Please come by the coffee bar to sign up to teach a quarter during Discovery Cove's 2010-2011 school year. For each session you sign up to teach, your name will go into a raffle.

Beginning September 12 kids ages 3 years through Kindergarten can enjoy King's Kids during first in addition to second service. It is a fun time filled with singing and age appropriate bible stories for the kids while mom and dad are listening to Matt's sermon! King's Kids is located in the pre-school wing across from the coffee bar. It begins after communion and lasts until the end of worship service. Parents who are members can sign up to help at the table by the coffee bar.

On September 5th there will be no Bible classes or King's Kids.

We are ready to launch (or re-launch) LIFE groups again this Fall! IF you are in a group, your leader will be contacting you. IF NOT… sign ups for new groups. We want EVERYONE to know the blessings of knowing Jesus in a small group. The Christian life was NOT meant to be walked in isolation. Ask God to lead you to a group that is a fit for you!

The student ministry has begun a new fundraiser by offering individual coffees and teas. We can make lattes, cappuccinos, and a variety of teas. We'll even mix your coffee with a Milky Way caramel blend. Regular coffees and teas are $1, while specialty drinks are only $2.
