On Sunday, February 16 we will be providing a meal for Impact Church, Our Inner City Ministry Partner. We need corn, potatoes, cookies and bread provided for the meal.
Help us provide a meal to over 200 people. It is a great project to do as a family.
KITCHEN HELPERS-- be at the GYM at 8:15 am to receive and package food.
TRANSPORTATION-- check in with Andy Spell when you arrive 2/16/2025 and they will tell you where to park and when they will need to pack your vehicle (it depends on the weather). Food and supplies MUST arrive at Impact by 12:40 at the very latest so we have time to set up. We will leave here at 11:30 am. If attending second service, this will require you to slip out a little early!
SERVERS/HOSTS-- We will need some people to fill the plates and serve drinks, and others to carry the plates to the tables. We also encourage folks to come along to meet the Impact members and tour the facilities. The meal is served at 1:00 (or as soon as they finish morning worship). We plan to have enough food for the meal, leftovers for the meal Monday night for the ex-offender’s dinner and leftovers for the Impact members to take home.
