Church Family,

Since the beginning of this year, I’ve sensed the Lord stirring something in my heart—a gentle
but persistent pull back toward the DFW area. Not long after that, Tori and I found out we’re
expecting our third child. With so much change on the horizon, I wanted to be sure this wasn’t
just an emotional response, but something truly from the Lord.

As I’ve prayed and processed, the Holy Spirit has given me peace and clarity. He’s been leading
me to step into a different mission field—my family’s business. At first, I hesitated. I had worked there before, and returning wasn’t something I had planned. But over time, the Lord kept confirming this calling—to both me and Tori.

My parents plan to retire in the next few years, and I now see this as a unique opportunity—not just to carry on what they’ve built, but to shape the business into something that’s deeply
Kingdom-minded. My heart is to reach employees, technicians, and customers with the love of
Jesus, while stepping into a sales role and learning the business from the ground up. I believe
this is ministry too, just in a different form.

Let me be honest—this decision is not easy. We love this church. I love this staff, and I deeply
love the students and families I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside. Watching students
grow in their faith, and seeing how Tori and our kids have experienced spiritual healing and
transformation here—it's been incredible. This church has been a gift to our whole family.
We’re grieving the goodbye, but we’re also stepping forward in trust. I truly believe the student
ministry is in great hands with Ashleigh, and I’m confident that God will continue to raise up
leaders to pour into the next generation.

We’d be so grateful for your prayers as we take this next step of faith. Thank you for your love,
support, and for allowing us to be part of this beautiful church family. Our time here has markedus forever, and we’re leaving with full hearts.

Thank you, and we love you.
